Lunch Minder Request Form

LUNCH MINDER is new to FACS for the 2010-2011 school year. This program allows FACS students to use a cash less debit system to purchase lunches. Families will pre-pay using the EZ Pay program. This program is an automatic draft. Students will have a scan card for purchasing lunches from the FACS lunchrooms. A statement of charges and deposits will be uploaded to the parents Edline account every two weeks. This program is currently being used by over 1,800 school allowing for a quick and cash less lunch process. Please fill out the form below if you would like to participate. Thank you.
